In this role, youwill have the opportunity to provide administrative support to patients,fellow employees and referral sources through the coordination andadministration of the front office activities. The ideal candidate willhave a background in an administrative role with strong with strongcomputer proficiency, and customer service. Your Impact Welcome peopleas they enter the clinic. Communicate anticipated wait times and/ordelays. Check-in our patients (including verification of demographic andinsurance information) Complete patient registration from walk-inpatients Collect all patient out of pocket responsibilities (i.e.,deductibles, copays, co-insurance, etc.) Schedule next appointment forpatients at check out, i.e., cast and measure, delivery, follow up, orprosthetic care plan appointments. Answer incoming calls Act as aconcierge of Hanger clinic services (including assistance in patientexperience programs, support groups, and other resources) Assist RCMteam as needed in obtaining missing/ additional information frompatients Maintain accurate and complete electronic healthcare records onour patients. Minimum Qualifications Required: High school education orequivalent. A valid driver\'s license and driving record within thestandards outlined within Hanger\'s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy andProcedures.
