The Position
As a LOS Admin you will work according to general and specific support dossiers, work instructions, and ensure support within the agreed SLA. Process a high number of requests from users regarding business processes, thereby requires a sense of urgency for particular requests and take appropriate actions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Monitoring of My Services Ticket/Requests
Maintenance of our Learning Management System (LOS).
Provide high level support by troubleshooting and providing analysis and accurate resolution to LOS related queries.
Provide proactive customer request updates.
Timely completion of customer request.
Maintain high level of service quality.
Running Reports.
Adherence to the Quality Handbook and the agreed SLA
Compliance to Service Set-up Plan and Work Instruction Documents
Requirements
Knowledge and experience in Learning Management tool such as LOS (1-3 years)
Experience in Business Service Center catering global clients
Nice to have experience in GxP related environment
An excellent understanding and expertise of working with standardized processes is required.
Should have sound experience providing services to a customer by being observant, proactive and communicative. Provide collaborative skills and a high level of service-orientation to deliver comprehensive solutions to customer’s needs.
Should have good English language skills (written and spoken) as well as thorough knowledge of MS Office
Reporting and Data Analytics skills, can extract data and create dashboards for presentation
Project management skills, e.g. presenting the status of KPIs and reporting this information may be required.
