Mountain West Montessori Academy will provide student-centered, individualized education, based on Montessori philosophy and research-based best practices. The educational program will focus on interdisciplinary connections and hands-on learning experiences.
In support of this mission, preference may be given to candidates who have previous Montessori teaching experience, hold Montessori certification, and/or are willing to undergo training to become Montessori certified.
Qualified applicants will have a valid Special Education teaching license. Candidates who hold certifications or endorsements to teach multiple subjects are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior teaching experience is preferred.
