Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their towing needs- Operate a tow truck to safely and efficiently transport vehicles- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper equipment and techniques- Secure vehicles properly to ensure safe transportation- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and operating the tow truck- Maintain accurate records of each tow, including vehicle information and destination
Experience:- Previous experience as a tow truck driver is preferred- Familiarity with operating a forklift is a plus- Ability to handle various types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
