Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and concrete insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

  Summary of the role

  Sourcing for UK job requisitions

  Attends intake meetings with recruiters.

  Sourcing support for TA Global for recruitment research, mapping initiatives.

  Use available sourcing tools, boolean search, job boards in tapping active and passive candidates.

  What the day will look like

  Using online resources and company databases, sleuthing skills to play by identifying prospects for our open requisitions.

  Attend in intake meetings with hiring teams, along recruiters, to understand the business needs.

  Build and maintain appropriate relationships within the company, particularly within the recruiting team, to nurture an environment of quality, vitality and service.

  Complete multiple tasks under short time constraints while demonstrating prioritization of project work.

  Serve as a resource to the Recruiters for name-generation process questions.

  Collaborate on special projects to support the global Talent Acquisition team and enhance your own skills in the process.

  Coordinates and interacts with stakeholders and ask clarifying questions during intake and follow-up sessions with hiring manager.

  Inquisitive and maintain awareness of current news and issues associated with the risk and insurance fields to optimally apply fresh information when conducting research.

  About You:

  With 2-5+ years recruiting sourcing & research experience, ideally with expertise in candidate identification, talent mapping and talent pipelining in the UK job market.

  Experience working in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm.

  Demonstrate an agile approach to recruiting by using online social and professional networking sites, use of technologies to attract talents and build a robust candidate pipeline.

  Strong working knowledge in formulating creative passive sourcing strategies.

  Tech savvy, able to have a good command in Boolean language keywords formulation.

  Preferably with Workday, other ATS experience.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)..

  Education:

  Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course)
