The SP-Support SOP Information Architect will be responsible for managing the SOP library content in its entirety. They will organize, categorize, and index our current library of over 6,500 SOPs. The Information Architect will design the information structure SOPs to make them more usable, findable, and accessible to associates and partner teams. Using data, they will measure user engagement and make recommendations based on that data. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
