This position provides support to the maintenance and operation of the Maintenance Department by overseeing and supervising the grounds and labor crews. 　　DESCRIPTION OF WORK

　　As a member of the maintenance crew, the Labor Foreman 2 works with a crew of labor personnel in all aspects of grounds and facility repair. In this position, you will also perform supervisory duties such as interviewing and evaluating perspective employees, completing accident and injury reports, and completing necessary employee evaluations, work orders, and requisitions. Safety is a high priority for our patients as well as for the employees of Torrance, and your part to ensure the safety of our patients, staff, and visitors is to strive to keep the hospital facilities throughout the complex in attractive and good working order.

　　QUALIFICATIONS*Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:*

　　Four years of experience in performing manual labor, semi-skilled labor or maintenance work, including two years of experience as a lead worker; *or*Any equivalent combination of experience and training.*Other Requirements:*
