YOU:
As a Solutions Consultant (SC), you will help the International Team discover the value of Quickbase and co-create a vision of how customers can use our platform to solve complex business problems every day. You will achieve success by establishing yourself as a trusted advisor through emotional intelligence, business acumen, product expertise, and general technical knowledge. You will operate in partnership with Account Executives, Customer Success Consultants, Marketing and other departments within Quickbase, playing a critical role in the presales process. You will be accountable for the same outcomes as the AEs you partner with to earn new business from Quickbase customers in UKI.
You have demonstrated the ability to deliver business outcomes through technical solutions and communicate a vision of success to partners and customers. In addition to a strong technical background, you have a consultative mindset, and creativity, always showing high levels of curiosity about customers and their objectives and leveraging all information sources to drive future conversations.
In this role, You will:
· Partner for Success: Work collaboratively with International Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management to ensure high velocity business development, with a smooth sales cycle and engagement to realize immediate and increasing business value from continuous growth of the International customer ecosystem.
· Drive Sales Conversion: in collaboration with AEs through a thorough discovery and demonstration process. This will include creating and delivering custom demos and participating in account planning to help formulate a path to success from the start.
· Improve the Buyer Journey: Gain a deep understanding of prospective partners to customize presentations and demonstrate how Quickbase can help them achieve success. Develop a keen understanding of partner references, business value, and ROI across functions and industries.
· Enable Long-Term Success: Work with key customer stakeholders to ensure long-term success and ensure all critical IT, Security, Technical, and policy concerns are addressed. Drive increased adoption and usage in existing partner customers by presenting best practices, identifying pain points, resolving issues, and guiding the evolution of the Quickbase platform.
· Develop New Business: Help International Sales identify new business opportunities through high-level and in-depth discussions with customers and prospects. Evaluate the needs and personas of key decision makers and formulate effective strategies to win over those decision makers.
· Ensure Best Practices: Work with key stakeholders in a consultative approach to ensure Quickbase is evaluated and implemented in the optimal manner within the IT landscape for long-term success, help with addressing all Security, Technical, operational, and policy concerns.
You will have:
· 2+ years delivering technical solutions in software sales, services, engineering, or support.
· Experience presenting for varying audiences of different technical experience and aptitude.
· Experience establishing and nurturing relationships at all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite.
· Experience working with no/low code solutions and relational databases.
· The ability to be flexible and adaptable given the evolving nature of the International sales.
· Curiosity to discover problems and offer creative solutions.
Ideally, you will have:
· BS/BA degree (Computer Science or Business degree preferred) or equivalent work.
· Experience in business management / technical consulting.
· Understanding of web service technology and protocols (REST, XML, etc.)
· General working knowledge of API’s.
· General understanding of object-oriented programming and scripting languages.
· Curiosity about Business Process, experience in optimizing and automating processes is a plus.
· Experience working with iPaaS solutions.
· Experience establishing and nurturing relationships at all partner levels, from C-Suite to individual contributors.
· General working knowledge of ERP solutions, relational databases, SaaS integration services, and integrating with enterprise software systems.
