　　Paralegal opportunity at rapidly growing Valley law!

　　Robert Half is working with a firm in Encino looking to bring in a litigation paralegal. This paralegal will be handling litigation matters relating to personal injury matters.

　　​

　　Paralegal Responsibilities:

　　Managing discovery - especially preparing discovery responses. This paralegal will reach out to clients to gather information and write discovery responses.

　　​Preparing meet and confer letters.

　　Drafting pleadings (complaint, notice of ruling, notice of deposition, etc.)

　　Preparing shells for motions.

　　Client communication.

　　Compensation and Benefits

　　Pay between 70,000 and 85,000 DOE.

　　Discretionary year-end bonus.

　　Medical stipend until health plan is finalized.

　　PTO

　　CalSavers IRA.

　　Requirements

　　5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant, with emphasis on discovery. Strong applicants with slightly less will be

　　Local to Encino - this position is onsite!

　　Bilingual Spanish preferred.
