The OpportunityDiamond Parking is searching for a hands-on technologist to be an integral part of the Finance & Accounting team. This position will wear many hats but primarily be responsible for administering, recommending customizations and integrations, and triaging workflows. They will evaluate third-party tools and implement as well as integrate a wide range of enhancements to the NetSuite ERP system. The position will work with the CFO to closely align the NetSuite system with business goals. Your contributions will directly impact the infrastructure of the organization.Key Priorities & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.Facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development.Work collaboratively with Finance, IT and other key departments to Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.Support data migrations and system updates of transactional and master data.Develop custom code using Suite Scripts to meet user requirementsMaintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rulesRefine and customize internal billing tools and methods.Work with multiple teams on roadmap projects and analysis involving financial applications and processes.Research and analyze application behaviors and improving performance and stability.Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.Coordinate and communicate with impacted user groups.Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity.Configure NetSuite to align to company use of forms, field and customer records to manage unique business process requirements.Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other IT financial enterprise applications.Work with Finance and other business groups to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems and infrastructure as neededImplement process improvements with systematic solutionsBe able to understand articulate and document needed customization, reports and capabilitiesProvide end user support, managing internal tickets in a timely and successful resolution.Take a hands-on approach to troubleshootingQualificationsExperience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation and testingStrong change management and control experienceCan exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinkingThe ability to support data import process and migrationThe ability to maintain NetSuite updatesCan create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needsCan provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite systemIs familiar with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIsSpecializes in NetSuite ERP program with prior experience with NetSuite CRM and eCommerceStrong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reportingHas exceptional written and verbal communication skillsHas the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplinesCan demonstrate strong leadership skills and work autonomouslyCan confidently provide support and user training across departmentsNetSuite Administrator Certification preferredBachelor's degree in relevant disciplineFive years of hands-on experience with NetSuite customizationsExtensive experience as a business systems analystFully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data modelAccounting background is a plusPreferred systems experience: RecVue, AvidXchange, SQL Server Reporting ServicesDetailsReports to CFOIn-office in Pioneer Square, Seattle, WA<
