DUTIES: Perform any combination of hotel front desktasks, including accommodating hotel guests by registering and assigningrooms, issuing room keys, making, and confirming reservations,collecting payments from departing guests, checking guests out, andassisting with breakfast set up. Requirements: No minimum education orexperience required. The employer will provide workers all tools,supplies and equipment required to perform the job (at no charge)On-the-job training provided. SCHEDULE: 40hrs p/wk. Monday throughSunday (schedule varies). SHIFTS: 7am-3pm, or 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am(shift hours may vary). Five rotating days. WAGE: Employer will pay\$18.57 p/hr. When available, OT pays at \$28.46 p/hr. Wages are paidbi-weekly. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Employerwill make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law.LOCATION(S) : 225 Norwood Park S, Norwood, MA 02062. Uponcompletion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costsof return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer or where theemployer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment ofemployment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement willbe equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved. Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least\$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day withreceipts. Daily transportation: Workers are responsible for their owndaily transportation to and from the worksite. Visa & related expenses:Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government (except passport fees) by check separate frompayroll. Tools: Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools,supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. ? Guarantee:Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of theworkdays in each 12-week period of total employment period.
