Uponcompletion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costsof return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer or where theemployer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment ofemployment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement willbe equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved.
