　　Current Opportunities include:

　　Rates start at $13.50 per/hour and vary based on prior experience and differential on shift selected.

　　1st Shift - Memory Support - 5:45am - 2:15pm

　　Part-time - 6 shifts per bi-weekly pay, including every other weekend.

　　2nd Shift - Personal Care - 2:00pm - 10:30pm

　　Full-time - 10 shift per bi-weekly pay, including every other weekend. BENEFIT ELIGIBLE

　　3rd Shift - Memory Support - 10:15pm - 6:15am

　　Part-time - 2 shifts per bi-weekly pay, every other Saturday and Sunday night

　　Pool/PRN available on all shifts at the PRN rate of $16.00 per hour

　　Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

　　Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing and grooming)

　　Responds appropriately to resident needs

　　Promptly answers call bells

　　Completes accurate and timely records

　　Follows instructions and reports to med nurse, Unit Manager, and Administrator

　　Position Requirements:

　　High School Diploma or GED (copy required)

　　Friendly Demeanor

　　Desire to help others
