Credentialed Chemical Dependency Counselor, UHS New Horizons United Health Services is seeking a Credentialed Chemical Dependency Counselor to join our Chemical Dependency department at UHS New Horizons in Binghamton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

　　Overview

　　Manages a caseload of patients and completes assessments, problem lists, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, progress notes, discharge plans and discharge summaries. Actively participates in up to four times a week staffing's, bi-weekly supervision, completed treatment plans and treatment plan reviews for staff discussion and approval.

　　Minimum Required:

　　Associate degree in applied science in Chemical Dependency or related field; OR two (2) years’ experience working in a chemical dependency setting.​License/Certification
