As a software quality assurance specialist at Gallup, you will analyze, test and implement software quality assurance systems and procedures to support software application releases.

　　Work with developers on Gallup’s web-reporting platform and provide ongoing assistance and education on Gallup’s QA testing methodologies, systems, processes and standardsCreate and implement comprehensive and well-structured test plansUse regression testing to ensure full functionality of Gallup’s reporting siteContribute to and follow testing standards and maintain thorough documentation and logs of all test cases and resultsIdentify, record, track and document system errorsWho we want: * Logical problem-solverswith a systematic approach to diagnosing, communicating, documenting and fixing errors in software programs to ensure a flawless software release * Organized multitaskerswho demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail while working on multiple software QA projects at once in a fast-paced agile methodology environment

　　*What you need: * * · Three years of software QA experience related to functional or front-end QA testing required * An understanding of software development best practices, agile testing and risk management principles required * Knowledge and experience using agile testing software and principles, such as Jira, Confluence and Zephyr required * An understanding of back-end testing including API testing, database validation and serverless architecture preferred * Associate degree preferred * An understanding of 508/WCAG/ADA guidelines and experience with accessibility testing tools preferred * Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
