Overview BigBear.ai is seeking a Sr. Functional Requirements and Testing Analyst to join our team and work with our client on a high-profile project. What you will do Eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating the functional requirements of the system Developing test plans, test cases, test scripts and test data based on the functional requirements Executing test cases, reporting defects and tracking their resolution Performing regression, integration, performance and user acceptance testing Collaborating with the project manager, developers, business analysts and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Providing guidance and mentoring to junior functional requirements and testing analysts What you need to have Bachelor's Degree and 8 to 10 years of experience; Master's Degree and 6 to 8 years of experience; PhD and 3 to 5 years of experience (in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 6 additional years of relevant experience) Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret Clearance 5+ years of experience in functional requirements analysis and testing Proficient in using various tools and techniques for requirements elicitation, documentation and validation Familiar with various testing methodologies, frameworks and tools Experience in testing web-based, client-server and mobile applications What we'd like you to have Analyzing, documenting and validating the functional requirements of the FBI systems and applications Developing, executing and maintaining test plans, test cases and test scripts for functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing Identifying, reporting and tracking defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle Collaborating with developers, business analysts, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables Providing guidance and support to junior analysts and testers on best practices and methodologies About BigBear.ai BigBear.ai delivers AI-powered analytics and cyber engineering solutions to support mission-critical operations and decision-making in complex, real-world environments.
