  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Technical Requirements Analyst to join our team in Reston, VA. This is a full remote, technical position.

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  Plan, elicit, capture, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements

  Develop business/use cases associated with new project requests

  Aligning requirements from multiple customer documents to develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) via Agile tools and methodologies

  Analyzing joint needs statements and recommend capability requirements to support solutions to fulfill capability gaps across the programs

  Briefing and participating in capability working groups regarding development in support of customer operations as required

  Maintain a capability requirement repository

  Assist in the implementation, integration, and synchronization of capability requirement throughout the development roadmap

  Assist technical experts in reviewing functional/operational requirements to analyze the feasibility of implementing solution and develop system requirements

  Providing planning support to the Development and Integration Team

  Excellent written and communication skills

  Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or similar field of study) OR

  Associates degree with at least 2 years of experience with information networks and related security concerns OR

  At least 4 years of work experience and industry certifications demonstrating technical proficiency may be substituted for education requirements

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience identifying, writing, and managing requirements

  Experience with eliciting requirements using interviews, data analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis

  Ability to translate requirements into a traceable system design

  Security Clearance Requirements:

  US Citizenship

  Must have an active Public Trust clearance.

  Hired candidate will be processed for a Secret clearance.

  Physical Requirements:

  Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  The projected compensation range for this position is $66,800-$111,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
