Management Consultant

　　Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a trusted partner to federal health and social services agencies, has an immediate opening for a Management Consultant. You will work closely with and support Federal agency clients.  Successful candidates should be able to apply analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs; apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contribute to the implementation of strategic planning; perform basic consulting functions including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and performance measurements to support project objectives; conduct activities in support of project objectives; and work closely with each other and with our partners.  All applicants must reside in the U.S. 

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　The successful candidate may be responsible for, among other things:

　　Build PowerPoint briefings

　　Draft meeting minutes

　　Track action items

　　Provide communication support and other operational tasks

　　Analyze existing practices of clients and make recommendations for improvements

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business administration, social sciences; public health, health administration, or health policy preferred.

　　4+ years of post-Bachelor’s degree work experience

　　Excellent written and oral communications as demonstrated through internships, course of study, or other experience.

　　Proficiency with MS Office. 

　　Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

　　Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely

　　Ability to obtain a Public Trust if required

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Master’s or other advanced degree

　　PMP, Prosci or other certification

　　Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or large health systems

　　Experience working for a consulting firm
