　　Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Software Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a member of a high-performing multi-site team and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills.

　　In this role, you must have demonstrated effective communication skills as the position will require frequent inter-organizational and outside customer interactions. The successful candidate will have experience and or knowledge of the ability to support frequent travel for integration and test activities is required. C++ development, Red Hat Linux Operating System kernel level operations knowledge, and hardware/software integration experience is required. Experience with Containers, Kubernetes, Cloud Deployment Environment, Bitbucket / JIRA, and working in an Agile environment is desired. Web service development and Human-Machine Interface experience is also desired.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or other Engineering/Science related discipline

　　• Software development in a Linux-based environment.

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
