You must reside in Pueblo, Colorado or be willing to relocate to Pueblo,CO to be eligible for this positionThe General Manager plans, directs and coordinates the activities associatedwith running multiple facilities (at least 2 or more). This includesensuring all team members are adequately trained and capable to perform jobresponsibilities in a safe and compliant manner, managing food serviceoperations and ensuring they are in compliance with internal policies andprocedures as well as required local, state and federal laws andregulations, and ensuring all facilities maintain accurate on-site reportsof daily and monthly financial, production, and activity.Essential Functions, Duties, and ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, and instruct team members in general food service practicesEnsures all team members are adequately trained and capable to perform jobresponsibilities in a safe and compliant mannerDirects team members to ensure job-related rules, policies, procedures,and security guidelines are enforcedMaintain product service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluationsand investigating complaintsManages food service operations and ensures they are in compliance withinternal policies and procedures as well as required local, state andfederal laws and regulationsEnsures all facilities maintain a sanitary food service environment byfollowing food service and Health Department codes and regulationsEnsures all facilities maintain accurate on-site reports of daily and monthlyfinancial, production, and activityMaintain contract compliance and cost controlOther duties as determined by the needs of the businessWhat You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School diploma/GED plus equivalentexperience requiredSERV Safe CertifiedAt least five (5) years of food service experience, preferably in acorrectional settingPrevious multi-unit supervisory experience is preferredMust have experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering, receiving andcost controlProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is requiredBenefits
