　　Luther Crest, A Diakon Lutheran Senior Living Community --- Located in Allentown with easy access to Route  78, Route  22 and Route 476. Luther Crest is a large Continuing Care Retirement Community with a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, along with a personal care community. Luther Crest is seeking skilled and caring individuals to be part of Diakon's Many Hands One Heart team. Employees are able to use Luther Crest's state-of-the-art Wellness Center including a fitness center, spa, and indoor heated Olympic-size pool. 

　　General Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for assisting residents with their daily personal needs such as, bathing, grooming, and dressing, etc.  Delivers excellent customer service to the residents and their family members.Assists and escorts residents to dining room and other in-house activities.Documents vital signs including blood pressure, temperature respiration and weight checks and other pertinent information in the resident's electronic health record. Education/Training: A high school diploma, GED, or active registry status on the state nurse aide registry required. 

　　Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in related positions preferred. 

　　ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
