　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:                                                          

　　Developing applications using COBOL, Java and SQL based database management systems (Postgres).     

　　Debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.  

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills to include preparing and delivering presentations and artifacts to customer management.   

　　Implementing security controls required by Federal information systems. 

　　GIT, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Centos Linux, Python

　　AWS Technologies: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS

　　Development using Agile Scrum methodologies.

　　Knowledge of SAFe

　　Understand and leverage common software architectural styles and patterns 

　　Team player mindset

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　A minimum of (5) five or more years' experience with Java Development in a Linux Environment

　　Programming skills using COBOL

　　Experience writing reusable Java Libraries

　　Experience with Relational databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL)

　　Experience with Linux Systems

　　Requirement analysis; software design, development, integration, bug fixing, and testing 

　　Java (Spring-boot), node, Javascript, Angular

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) AND 4 or more years directly related experience

　　Security Clearance Requirements:

　　Applicants must have an actively current Top Secret

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.

　　Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

　　May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across and/or around a business campus or large facility.
