　　Generates and accepts Social Work referrals, applies casework process, performs department duties, documents activities and performs social work functions of counseling, referral/resource acquisition/and case consultation and coordination.

　　Michigan Licensure as Masters Level Social Worker(L.M.S.W.). with a Clinical Specialty required
