　　BASIC PURPOSE : The Inventory Analyst is focused on Love’s inventory management strategy for assigned business units. This role will contribute to the inventory strategy and process improvements that support business objectives, financial goals, and adherence to relevant inventory metrics. A core function of this role is building relationships with key stakeholders such as internal and field support teams, category management, suppliers, and manufacturers.

　　MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Develop, support, and implement enhancements to Love’s inventory and replenishment processes

　　Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to optimize site-level inventory levels and accuracy

　　Lead continuous improvement efforts related to site-level receiving, waste, counts, & credits

　　Establish analytical reporting on relevant inventory metrics such as: waste, markdown, turns, and space allocation

　　Present financial reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for assigned business unit

　　Identify and oversee enhancements and implementation of inventory applications

　　Other duties as assigned

　　EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

　　Education:

　　BA degree business-related field and/or 3 years relevant work experience

　　Experience:

　　Convenience retail or auto-maintenance related experience preferred

　　Knowledge of inventory management “best practices” is preferred

　　Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques

　　Demonstrated usage of retail analytics software and Tableau and/or SQL preferred

　　Previous experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or related field

　　Skills to effectively manage inventory movement and documentation.

　　Project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

　　Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
