　　Responsibilities

　　Position Summary:

　　Under the direction of the Social Work Supervisor, provide social work services and counseling for patients and their families. Provide quality patient care, through assessment and treatment. The Clinical Social Worker has a wide range of freedom in applying individual professional judgment, discretion, and skill in patient management. The Clinical Social Worker has responsibilities for assigned patients including evaluation, treatment planning, patient treatment, and documentation of care. Clinical Social Workers are assigned patients ranging in age from neonatal to geriatrics. Assignments are dependent in the specific experience, training and demonstrated competence of the therapist and the needs of the patients.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Six (6) months of social work experience required (excluding internship experience).

　　Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited school of social work

　　Effective written and oral communication; Basic computer skills; Resourcefulness, diplomacy and analytical skills; Self-directed, assertive, and creative in problem solving, systems planning and patient care management in a high volume work environment.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　One year healthcare experience

　　Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW).

　　Pay Range

　　$68.68 - $68.68 /hour
