Job Description

　　This position will be engaged with the Oracle field and key customers in the private and public sectors to deliver migration roadmaps to help clients accelerate their transformation from legacy and on-prem environments to the Oracle technology stack including the Oracle autonomous database and OCI.

　　The position will leverage extensive technical knowledge across both modern cloud architectures as well as experience with legacy design patterns and the best practices involved in transforming between these disparate environments in enterprise environments.

　　Position involves the application of application transformation and database migration technologies, both from Oracle's technology as well as systems integrator and boutique partners to solve client's transformation needs.

　　As a member of this team, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting and demonstrating the best architectural target solution for each customer situation. This position will require systematic technical evaluation of services and product based modernization companies to assess their ability to execute, the maturity of the underlying technology, and the technical feasibility of the solution

　　This position will also provide leadership in the form of outbound and inbound collateral to articulate and evangelize Oracle's migration solutions including the creation of technical briefs, detailed architectural documents and social media articles.

　　Responsibilities

　　Technical expertise

　　Ability to analyze the underlying technical architectures of legacy and on-prem databases

　　Determine the best target architecture of the migration based on technical and business objectives as well as ROI and timeframe requirements

　　Determine the most effective and accelerated approach to migration, including the best practices of services, tools and techniques to be utilized.

　　Leadership

　　Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive cloud migration strategy for enterprise class customers that aligns wit the risk, cost and agility attributes of the client

　　Regularly provide oversight and review of these implementation engagements to ensure the best outcome.

　　Work closely with the sales leadership to provide the best approach for a given customer situation across many possible approaches, partners and in line with sales objectives

　　Ability to influence CxO and technical leadership at clients based on technical proficiency and business acumen.

　　Partnership

　　Develop deep understanding of SI and boutique partner technical migration solutions as they apply to different legacy platforms, migration roadmaps, and target cloud architecture requirements.

　　Develop new partnerships based on market needs and ability to generate internal market demand for the success of the partnership
