The Program Coordinator engages in direct and supportive oversight of integral role of Social Work within the multidisciplinary team. The Program Coordinator provides both direct patient care and engages in program development activities to foster improved quality and services provided, with a special focus on the Substance Use Treatment & Recovery Program.Develops, coordinates and implements programs, which target specific populations. A Place to Be Proud.ResponsibilitiesProvides direct supervision of social workers within the Adolescent Medicine Department specialty clinicsSubstance Use Treatment & RecoveryTeen and PregnantBirth Control for TeensCompletes direct clinical care and administrative tasks.Manages pertinent expenses, budget items, data collection, and evaluations in conjunction with the Adolescent Medicine Program Manager.
