The Opportunity

　　Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with the local community and facilitating marketing campaigns on a variety of platforms. This is an on-site position. Applicant will be expected to be present for events.

　　Responsibilities

　　Create and execute marketing content strategies using a range of social media channels

　　Work with marketing leaders and Digital Marketing to establish and report on social media metrics regularly to the leadership team

　　Report social media engagement results regularly to the leadership team

　　Adhere to company social media compliance standards and policies

　　Establish key local community marketing relationships such as destination marketing organizations

　　Run social media for retail department

　　Updating/monitoring retail website

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience required

　　A minimum of 1-2 years’ previous related experience

　　Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms

　　Strong photography and videography skills

　　Experience using a social media content management system preferred

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team
