Description:

　　This person will be traveling 70% of the time back and forth from Colorado and Kansas. They will be over looking plumbing and mechanical construction projects for schools, hospitals, multi-family, and other commercial buildings. Typical size of each project varies from $500,000-$1 million. This position will require over 50% travel. Review, analyze, and update Labor Hours/Job Cost Report information with management on weekly basis. Optimize project opportunity through field/pre-fabrication planning, CAD, and maintaining an organized schedule without compromising the quality, safety or completion date of the project. Complete schedule preparation to include resource/budget allocation and Labor Resource

　　Project management, Construction, plumbing, mechanical construction, MEP, Project coordination, Change order, RFI's, Mechanical engineering, Construction management, Estimation, Mechanical, Construction document

　　Bachelor s Degree in Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or similar

　　Prior experience working in the construction industry and overseeing projects

　　Valid Driver's License

　　Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

　　Must be willing to travel when needed
