Description

　　Location: Harmony Surgery Center, Fort Collins, CO

　　FTE: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

　　Shift: Flex

　　Pay: Flat Rate of $41.50/hr

　　Requirements:

　　Nurse Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN.

　　State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).

　　Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.

　　ACLS and PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.

　　Preferred: 1 year nursing experience.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provides direct patient care according to nursing and medical plan of care and within scope of practice, using population-specific guidelines.

　　Involves patient and family or significant others in plan of care. Collaborates with other health care team members.

　　Documents plan of care provided per established guidelines.

　　Identifies and implements opportunities for practice changes based on evidence-based nursing literature and research.

　　Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
