　　The Central East EMEA Manager (f/d/m) is responsible for leading the Central East EMEA F&B SLS team, ensuring that it responds to business needs. Managing, coaching training a team to drive customer satisfaction and growth by supporting them with onsite trials, problem solving and new opportunities of development.

　　The associate will be joining a global team of knowledge workers that are strongly connected to leverage the team’s capabilities.

　　This position is part of the SLS F&B team and will be remote based in Germany or Poland. Provide unbiased technical support to our customers helping them produce the best F&B products.

　　In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Communicate business activities/ requirements to all F&B SLS people reporting to him/her.

　　Contribute to setting of yearly F&B SLS objectives

　　Co-operate with F&B SLS global management to set and operate within respective countries budget; Maximize revenue from paid services

　　Drive optimization of processes and resources and harmonization within European F&B SLS as well as globally

　　Provide expert scientific and technical support to Pall Central East Europe F&B SLS in EMEA and link with other regional and global SLS

　　Align closely with Pall F&B; develop strategy within region to support and monitor through metrics (e.g. response time) and specific deliverables (e.g. customer reports)

　　Identify and establish technical and scientific program priorities and provide technical guidance for SLS staff on technology and services

　　Collaborate with other functions to identify industry seminars/webinars and publications that Pall should be active in; to promote Pall technology, services and communicate progress

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　Degree (or equivalent), MSc or PhD in Science/Engineering (Brewmaster, Food technologist, Biotechnology, etc)

　　Ability to resolve complex technical problems, make recommendations and give in-depth reasons and guiding members of team (internal and/or external) for execution.

　　Excellent written and communication skills in English

　　Be prepared to travel 50% of time per month. Willing to travel to customer locations and other Pall sites globally.
