Job Title: Site SHE Support Manager
Work location: Minburi Plant (Lat krabang Industrial Estate)
Responsibilities Implement and Maintain Safety Health & Environmental (SHE) program to ensure the compliance of Unilever SHE standard and Thai law and Regulations and other related requirements.Maintain the ISO 14001:2015 standard and support to continue improve for the Environmental management.Lead to ensure safety compliance with Unilever standard/program in all aspects such as the UMS (Unilever Management System) in scope of Safety, HealthBe the coordinator for PSM (Process Safety Management) to ensure that PSM process are complied with local regulation and Unilever standard.Lead SHE PAR (Positive Assurance Review), PCC (Program Compliance Check), DCA (Deep Compliance Audit and Checking) etc.Lead all SHE projects, activities, and risk assessment of workplace and ensure that all change that may impact to SHE has been review and approved for MOC.Lead to ensure that the SEAA SHE strategy, OKR, key action plan, project has been deployed effectively including to the activities related to the SHE engagement etc.Lead the incident investigation and report in the responsible area and governance the improvement action to reduce incidents, occupational disease, and environmental pollution release.Provide SHE technical support and recommendation to engineering team on design of SHE standard and guideline.Establish the SHE training for SHE Management System to all relevant employees refer to the training plan and training matrix., and engagement activities to build the employee's knowledge and SHE awareness.Lead the Safety culture deployment program and activities such as SBO (Safety Behavior Observation program), DCA (Deep compliance audit) and Leadership engagement program such as the regular SHE inspection program etc.Manage the SHE budget and CAPEX related for the SHE improvement project.Lead the SHE Risk assessment and participant in PSM HAZOPLead to ensure that the Emergency preparedness and response plan are in place and effectiveness to response in case of emergency incident e.g. fire response equipment, spill management and emergency eyewash and shower.Ensure that all the relevant Safety Health and Environmental permit, license and its report are valid and governance including the new law and regulation that relevant to the operations.Participant and/or lead the SHE Communication, engagement and reward recognition program with all relevant function.Conduct the IH (Industrial hygiene) risk assessment, monitoring and take the improvement planQualifications
Bachelor's Degree from in Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, Occupational or Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, and related fields, License in Safety ProfessionalAt least 5 years' experience in SHE (Manufacturing or FMCG are preferable)Technical expertise in analyzing numerical and claims data and industry performance measures such as Loss Time Injury Rates, Frequency Rates, OSHA 18001, and ISO14001Expertise in OH&S systems and industry "best practices"Fluent in English skillKnowledge in Digital and innovation toolHigh leadership skill, people management skill and influencing & communication.Able to work under extreme pressure in a multicultural environment.Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
