Kubicki Draper seeks a Litigation Associate with at least 1+ years of experience to support any of our offices. (Remote option for the right candidate)

　　Your Day-to-Day:

　　Take the lead in litigating PIP claims across Florida.

　　Develop and draft compelling motions and respond meticulously to discovery requests.

　　Mark your presence by attending and influencing outcomes during hearings.

　　Communication is our cornerstone. Engage productively with team members and clients, ensuring a seamless flow of information.

　　Requirements

　　1+ years of insurance defense litigation experience preferred

　　Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing

　　Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy
