　　角色职责:

　　负责工厂的需求计划制定，符合需求计划的流程，并且持续改善需求计划的准确性，需求计划覆盖 18 个月。

　　角色 目的:

　　为工厂提供18个月的需求计划最低要求:

　　沟通能力强，可以和工厂内部，外部，以及管理层进行沟通，谈判

　　目标导向，很好的分析和问题解决能力

　　项目管理能力，能够同时lead和协同其他部门开展多个项目

　　对S&OE ，S&OP以及供应链相关操作和知识精通，并能够drive相关指标的改善。

　　熟悉客服计划，销售渠道需求等知识

　　能够组织和协调cross-functional 团队工作，并达到目标

　　能够熟练使用计划需求的各种工具（Excel，数据建模…）

　　学士学位

　　5+ 工作经验在计划领域(SIOP, 预测，需求计划，供应计划，库存计划，物料管理，主计划，生产计划等)
