Oversee a crew of Signal Installers to efficiently complete railroadcrossing construction projects while maintaining safe work practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring all workers on-site are in accordance with the Railroad & CDLElectrics rules.
Maintaining clean, operable, and compliant vehicles and equipment.
Returns all required paperwork, such as in-service drawings, and photosto engineering in a timely manner.
Perform required testing prior to placing a crossing in service.
Completing projects in the safest and most efficient manner.
Submitting timesheets daily for his/her crew members and submittingvacation requests with sufficient notice.
Providing a clean worksite, safe for motorists, public bystanders andworkers.
Coordination with other on-site work groups and contractors.
Always Conducting him/herself in a professional and respectful manner.
Ensuring all drivers and vehicles assigned are DOT compliant.
Accountability for all company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipmentassigned to his/her crew.
Ensuring all Crew Members hours-of-service are up to date and submittedevery two weeks.
Be a team player willing to help out other divisions and on specialprojects, when assigned.

Other assigned duties by leadership team.

Physical Demands:
Travel as required.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit for long periods of time.
Climb ladders to reach ceilings and other high objects.
Lift and move 50 pounds repeatedly.
Work in extreme weather conditions
