A prominent metal processing and recycling facilty is looking for a Plant Manager for their facility in Dallas. The Plant Manager will develop systems and processes to optimize productivity and meet production targets. The Plant Manager will implement a zero-incident safety culture and achieve operational and budgeting metrics. The incumbent should be experienced with managing a team. The role is salaried in the $110K+ range. This is a top priority hire for the company! Non-ferrous metals and metal recycling industry experience is required.

responsibilities:
Lead and grow the plant to be safe, profitable, and efficient while keeping the workforce engaged and productive.
Spearhead the building of a dynamic organization that reflects hard work, accountability, and teamwork. Set the goals and expectations for the team.
Manage the total operations of the yard with a hands-on approach organizing the inventory, overseeing the loading, and unloading of trucks, directing individuals and the team to achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly budget targets.
Set high standards for goal attainment
