Sign Fabricator - Able to work with a variety of mediums to manufacture, finish, paint and install a variety of different signage. <P> Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English<LI> Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, climbing and kneeling is required. <LI> Digging holes by use of hand tools on occasion.<LI> Must be ready and willing to work in an array of different weather conditions and locations.<LI> Must be able to handle lifting and working from a range of different heights off the ground.<P> Characteristics and Essential Skills:<LI> Welding and Fabricating Experience.<LI> Communication skills: Reading text, Document use, numeracy, writing, and oral communication.<LI> Problem solving<LI> Ability to read a ruler accurately<LI> Job task planning and organizing<LI> Clean and organized.<LI> Able to keep pace with required workload.<LI> Previous sign manufacturing and installation experience is encouraged but not necessary.<LI> Body filling, finishing, priming and painting is helpful but not necessary.<LI> Work well with others and in a small business environment.<LI> Receptive to direct instructions but still be an independent and creative thinker.<LI> Good eye hand coordination is very important.<LI> Foul language, loss of temper or angry outbreaks will not be tolerated.<P> Experience or Knowledge related to the following would be beneficial:<LI> Knowledge of safely working with mig and tig welding.<LI> Knowledge of safely preparing bodywork and paint to produce a finished product.<LI> Responsibly using power and hand tools<LI> Responsibly climbing, lifting and carrying ladders<LI> Basic building/construction knowledge.<P> MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER's LICENSE
