The expected annual salary range for this role is $77249.97 - $113299.96 a year.

What you’ll do:
As a Shipping Supervisor, you will be an integral member of our Supply Chain Team with responsibilities aimed at on-time customer delivery through execution of the strategic and tactical supply chain planning. You will be responsible for the Greenwood Emerald Road facility’s shipping activities, the development of processes to achieve a zero-incident culture, maximize output, maintain inventory accuracy, and reduce overall costs. You will drive materials management best practices to achieve the sales schedule, meet customer requirements, optimize the utilization of the workforce, and minimize logistic costs. You will also be responsible for finished goods inventory control and cross train for the other Supply Chain Material supervisor’s responsibilities.
In this role, you will:
• Work directly with hourly team members to provide direction on daily tasks and resolution of issues.
• Set clear expectations and goals for the hourly workforce and hold these employees accountable for their results including required training.
• Maintain accurate records including overtime and attendance.
• Coordinate the logistics as required.
• Assist in maintaining an atmosphere of continuous improvement and team efforts for accomplishing department and plant goals.
• Assist the management team in determining personnel requirements, provide necessary training resources for new employees and manage cross training across departments in the supply chain materials team.
• Monitor and provide employee coaching with respect to safety, quality, and productivity performance (attendance, training, coaching, overtime, vacation requests etc.)
• Lead daily tier meetings with a cross-functional team focused on departmental performance and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update material group processes, standard work, and work instructions.
• Run daily reports for shipments and track on time to ship, identify gaps and develop corrective actions.
• Identify risks and lead discussions with the sales team to drive resolutions.
• Support / cross train coordination 3rd party warehousing, consignment, and other offsite scheduling as needed.
• Support what is needed during annual Physical Inventory.
• Perform ad-Hoc analysis and projects as assigned.
• Cross train for the other Supply Chain Materials Team supervisors’ responsibilities which includes receiving, material handling and inventory control.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in supply chain
• Must be eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficient experience with SAP.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Proven experience with quality assurance and reporting accuracy.
• Proven knowledge and applications skills with process improvements.
• Prior logistics experience.
