As one of the largest hotels in the U.S., our prestigious location buzzes with excitement, perfectly timed for upcoming global events like the Soccer World Cup and Olympics. 　　We are looking for an established Luxury General Manager with a proven successful track record in big-box hotels, group activities, and a strong know in luxury hospitality. You will have excellent communication skills, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to build and lead exceptional teams.

　　A little taste of your day-to-day:

　　Leading the commercial and operational activities of the hotel.

　　Lead and develop a business plan to drive owner returns.

　　Recruiting, leading, managing and motivating a strong team, upskilling, recruiting, measuring and managing performance.

　　Reviews and implements strategic initiatives to drive commercial performance across the Hotel and its facilities.

　　Prioritises relationships with Owners, guests and external contacts such as current and potential clients, government officials, travel industry representatives, suppliers and local communities.

　　What we’d like from you:

　　Proven track record of success as a Luxury General Manager in a big box hotel working in large 800+ room operations.

　　Experience with group activities i.e. conferences and conventions.

　　Excellent communicator.

　　Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage.

　　Experience with unions would be advantageous.

　　Strong people leader; building great teams to achieve company goals.

　　International experience in similar high profile properties.

　　You will be a US resident or already have the Right to Work in the US.

　　Base Salary range $250-350k
