　　Currently ManTech is seeking a Shipping Specialist II to join our team in San Antonio, TX supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　The Shipping Specialist II is an experienced professional with strong knowledge and skills in logistics and shipping processes.

　　They coordinate and oversee shipping activities within an organization, ensuring that all shipments are processed and delivered on time and in compliance with all regulations.

　　They are also responsible for tracking shipments, managing inventory levels, and resolving any issues related to shipping and logistics.

　　They may also be involved in negotiating freight rates and contracts with shipping carriers.

　　The Shipping Specialist II is a journeyman role involved in all aspects of shipping processes and logistics.

　　The Shipping Specialist II takes direction from more senior personnel.

　　Experience:

　　Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of position-specific relevant experienceDesired Qualifications:

　　4 years of position-specific relevant experience.Security Clearance:

　　Active Secret Security ClearancePhysical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
