JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description We are currently in need of a 1st shiftShipping & Receiving Foreman at our facility in Stoughton, Wisconsinsupporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Foreman at ZalkJosephs Fabricators, you will play a crucial role in overseeing andoptimizing the shipping and receiving processes. This position requiresa combination of strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities,and knowledge in supply chain and logistics management. This position isa Non-Union and salaried open position with periodic overtime. Shipping & Receiving Foreman Hours: Monday-Friday6:30am-3pm Primary Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping andreceiving operations and establish work priorities to meet productioncommitments. Oversee inbound and outbound shipping activities, identifyareas for improvement and implement resolution. Establish shiftobjectives to support location goals and objectives. Order and supervisethe necessary repairs and maintenance of equipment. Coordinateoperations to meet the demands of shipping schedule. Administerorganizational policies and procedures at the department level. Maintainrecords for the accuracy and timeliness of daily products, completedorders, and inspection reports. Organize and maintain inventory andstorage areas. Enforce safety and housekeeping best practices andemployee training programs. Drive manufacturing needs through safety,quality, delivery, and cost with required results. Performs specialprojects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for thegeneral support of the organization. Approve labor tasks through M Jobtime. Minimum Qualifications Associates degree in business management ortwo years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain or Logistics,and personnel management. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, and Outlook). Experience in managing safety programs, personneldevelopment, and activities to maximize work force efficiency.
