　　Required SkillsDemonstrates the ability to work within areas of designated competency per Internal Agency Grid.

　　Tier 3 registered nurses will demonstrate competency to work in greater than 85% of designated areas.Certifications:1. Current BLS Certification (or) obtained within 30 days after hire date.2. Current ACLS Certification (or) obtained within 30 days after hire date.3. Current PALS Certification (or) obtained within 30 days after hire date.4. Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 30 days after hire date.5.
