　　SHINE New Graduate Nurse (RN) Residency – Home Health:

　　This opportunity invites you to become part of the most forward-thinking New Graduate RN Residency program in the state. MaineGeneral Health presents a chance to expand your knowledge and skills through our renowned SHINE Residency. 　　An early acceptance incentive of $4000 awaits qualified SHINE candidates.

　　Candidates must apply at least 6 weeks before their graduation date. Offer letters should be signed within 1 week of receipt. The incentive is paid out in a lump sum in your first paycheck as an RN.

　　A glimpse into the SHINE Home Health Residency:

　　• The Home Health clinical track starts with a comprehensive 12-week orientation across various med/surg units, guided by high-performing preceptors.

　　• After this period, nurse residents will work independently on med/surg for 6 weeks, solidifying their newly developed skills before transitioning to the Home Health department to begin their specialized orientation there.

　　• The year-long program also includes commitments to clinical training, classroom sessions, and online learning, all aimed at strengthening the nursing practice and success of the New Grad RN.

　　• Expected graduation from an accredited Nursing school in the Spring/Summer of 2024 or less than 6 months of RN experience.
