Temporary, full time position from 04/01/2024 through12/06/2024, 7:00am -3:30pm, 48 hrs/week, Additional overtime varies,Monday-Saturday, schedule varies. Workers will be paid Weekly at\$32.85-\$36.00/hr, \$49.28-\$54.00/hr OT, Raises/bonus at employer\'sdiscretion. Operate mortar mixer to mix rubber material, move mixedrubber material from mixer location to playground surfacing area usingwheelbarrows, install rubber mixture at designated area, use a trowel tospread rubber mixture evenly and spread to correct thickness and levelfor safety standards, allow poured rubber to cure overnight and performany necessary touch-ups or adjustments as needed, manage rubber materialinventory for adequate supply for each job, maintain equipmentfunctionality and keep clean, perform routine maintenance on equipment(mixer, wheelbarrows, trowels). Able to lift 55lbs. No experiencerequired, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions atemployee\'s request. Employer facilitates corresponding deductions foravailable health benefits. Employer facilitates voluntary housingarrangements. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Alldeductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. Theemployer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies andequipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and paydirectly for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the placeof recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from sucha distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residenceeach day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker isdismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonablecosts of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the placethe worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.46 per day duringtravel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.
