  Job Description

  This position manages Summons and Complaints naming the Bank regarding issue types such as Partitions, Takings, Receiverships, JR/SR issues, Violations, HOA and other lien issues, Property Disputes, Statute of Limitations issues, and lien losses. The team primarily works out of MSP and Black Knight Loansphere. With this position, the case manager will be documenting files to help with decision making in order to resolve the issues that lead to a Complaint being filed within the applicable settlement authority, correspond with applicable partnering business lines as needed, ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements, and maintain/enhance the current processes for the Special Asset Management team.

  Basic Qualifications

  High school diploma or equivalent

  Five or more years of experience in administrative support activities

  Preferred Skills/Experience

  Good verbal, grammatical and written communication skills

  Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills

  Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

  Proficient PC skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and graphics

  Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail

  The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.29 - $27.02 - $29.72
