About ServiceNow Architect- CSDM/Service Mapping/ITOM

  Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow Architect with extensive technical and hands-on experience in CSDM 4.0, Service Mapping and ITOM; that includes a consistent track record of successful deployments for external customers.

  As a Platform Architect , you to design, configure, script, and own the technical solution of the CSDM and ITOM platform in order to ensure a successful deployment for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories), and execute on the development of the agreed upon solution.

  The ideal candidate will demonstrate their extensive scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by ServiceNow, including Java, HTML, Angular, etc..

  Key Qualifications:

  · Minimum of 10 years of ServiceNow development experience, as detailed above

  Design, Implement and Configure ServiceNow Applications such as CSDM and ITOM.

  Must have experience transforming Global Customer model to CSDM 4.0

  Design / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access Controls

  Excellent knowledge with creating Business Rules, ACL’s, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.

  Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that can not be satisfied through configuration

  Troubleshoot and repair common configuration issues

  Create Scoped Applications using Studio

  Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine

  Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow

  · Strong technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira, etc. using JDBC, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub.

  Document all technical work for purposes of knowledge transferAdditional Qualifications:

  · CTA Preferred

  · CIS-SM Certification

  · CIS-Discovery Certification

  · CSA Certification

  · ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is a plus

  · External Client consulting experience highly preferred

  · Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred

  · Experience leading and advising multiple projects simultaneously
