Responsibilities:

　　· Providing technical application support for remote field systems deployed globally (PCs running Windows, OS image deploy, agent install and monitor compliance and security)

　　· Deploying field applications, upgrades/patches in production and test environments, including software such as Splunk HF, Beyond Trust PRA service, Public Cloud-based applications, technologies and tools, deployment, monitoring, and operations, such as Docker, Kubernetes in an OT environment

　　· Troubleshooting application alerts from monitoring tools and performing RCAs

　　· Building and maintaining infrastructure and application central hub for monitoring the health and security of OT systems.

　　· Coordinating with various internal stakeholders, architects, cyber security leads, and field operations personnel.

　　· Writing tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the Field Engineers and knowledgebase articles and keep them up to date.

　　· Working on critical, complex OT problems that may span multiple services and internal teams.

　　· Work in US Central working hours.

　　· Collaborating with cross functional stakeholders

　　· Providing mentorship and guidance to team members

　　Qualifications/Requirements:

　　· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

　　· 5 years of experience in application support

　　· Expert in performance monitoring and capacity management of enterprise systems using various tools

　　· Hands-on experience with Splunk HF, Beyond Trust PRA service, Public Cloud-based applications, technologies and tools, deployment, monitoring, and operations, such as Docker, Kubernetes.

　　· Experience in creating GPOs, and identity life cycle management in Infrastructure only Active Directory

　　· Experience with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, least privileges policies, data protection, encryption, certificates, and key management

　　· Change management and Incident management process.

　　Desired Characteristics:

　　· Technical engineer with extensive experience in solving challenging issues in high pressure environment

　　· Excellent communicator, works well in a team environment, and welcomes challenges

　　· Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment

　　· Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated the ability to assimilate the latest information and understand complex topics

　　· Knowledge of Hyper-V , Azure ARC and other virtualization platforms

　　· Must be committed to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment

　　· Global support experience

　　· Oil and Gas experience is desired

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　· The primary technology areas covered by the Systems Administration Specialist are:

　　· LAN, WAN and Internet connectivity.

　　· Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years or 3-5 Years oilfield operational experience is preferred.

　　· Communications skills are a must for this role.

　　· Technical writing ability is a plus.

　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　· Interact with 3rd party vendor as well as Baker support groups through email and Teams Chat.

　　· Reconcile deployment requirements with demand expectations.

　　· Identify any possible roadblocks or schedule changes.

　　· Coordinate updates with Baker Hughes project managers.

　　· Other:

　　· Assist in additional assigned roles as required related to this project.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　· Certification(s) Minimum Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP), can be replaced by equivalent experience.
