　　Job description:

　　Under general supervision, perform Wireline operations including both Rig up and Rig down operations of Wireline surface and down hole well logging equipment. operates rig hoist and pressure control equipment on work locations for the purpose of recording information about sub-surface geologic formations.

　　Assist in the preparation of well logging equipment at job site.

　　Operates pressure control equipment.

　　Assembles down hole well logging tools (electric, nuclear, sonic, and other well logging tools) and accessories.

　　Performs pre and post job vehicle and equipment inspections and associated paperwork and/or reports.

　　Provides guidance and training to Service Operators and Operator Assistant staff.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Manage the operation of well logging equipment at job sites.

　　Preparation of wireline equipment in the Halliburton base, tool checks and pre/post job maintenance.

　　Efficiently handle pressure control equipment.

　　Assemble down hole well logging tools, including electric, nuclear, sonic, and other well logging tools, along with their accessories.

　　Conduct thorough pre and post job equipment inspections, completing necessary paperwork and reports.

　　Provide essential guidance and training to Service Operators and Operator Assistant staff.

　　Ensure tasks are performed correctly, impacting cost containment, efficiency, and profitability.

　　Manage and mitigate potential errors with measurable and controllable consequences.

　　Qualifications:

　　Skills are typically acquired through successful completion of high school diploma similar education and 3 year of experience as Service Operator-L&P, II

　　Given the nature of oil field service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary. Must be knowledgeable of HMS standards and guidelines for PSL personnel

　　Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations

　　Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes

　　Successful completion of Well Control Accreditation Program may be required (optional)

　　Successful completion of water survival training may be required. Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required

　　Basic computer skills are required
