The ProductionRecruiter is part of the COE (Center of Excellence) and is responsiblefor the execution of recruiting strategies and processes to providequalified candidates for high volume manufacturing positions as well asskilled labor roles at union and non-union sites. The individual in thisrole will partner with Production Planning and Training and operationalleaders to recruit, screen, interview and assess candidates in a timelyand cost-effective manner. What you\'ll be doing: Perform full lifecycle of recruiting activities to meet the organizations needs includingsourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screenings, and extending offers.Maintain job postings via applicant tracking system and job postingsites. Maintain consistent communications with candidates at all stagesof the recruitment cycle, creating an exceptional candidate experience.Work with Sales & Operations teams to fully understand their needs anddevelop recruitment strategies to hit hiring goals. Maintain AffirmativeAction Plan and ensure all recruiting processes are in compliance withAAP and EEO requirements. Provide timely and accurate data to maintainrecruiting metrics. Develop relationships with community resources andlocal schools to positively represent employment brand and source hourlymanufacturing pipeline. Lead development of brand awareness/pipelinebuilding events such as open interviews, job fairs, and otheractivities. Support recruiting efforts of multiple locations. Theability to flex as the workload may shift from locations. What youshould have: Work requires a professional level of knowledge in aspecialized field, which is equivalent to that which would be acquiredby completing a regular two or four-year college program. Minimum 1-3years of experience in Human Resources preferably in recruitingExperienced in utilizing and leveraging social media for recruitingefforts Strong verbal communication Ability to manage competing demandswhile being adaptable and flexible in a quickly changing environmentProficient with Word and Excel Must be able to work as a remote/ hybridteam Ability to travel...
