Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking to bring on a Scrub/Central Sterile Tech to their clients team in the St. Louis area! Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, the Scrub/Central Sterile Tech scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Prepares and maintains supplies, instruments and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities. Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team. This person will be working weekdays only -- 40 hours a week/10 hour shifts -- no holidays, weekends, or call.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　High school graduate

　　1 year of experience as a scrub tech or central sterile tech

　　Knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient Scrub tech or central sterile tech certification. null
