　　We are looking for a motivational Service Manager to join our team specialising in HHP field service for our Newman branch. This is a relationship focused leadership role, managing employees, internal stakeholders, and external customers. This role is based in our Perth branch with frequent travel to the Pilbara.

　　In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Lead and Manage the Field Service and Service Admin Teams. People Management on a day-to-day basis . Develop employees and provide opportunities and feedback that enhance employee career growth. Promote a positive, behavioural based safety culture and lead your team in shifting HSE to a value. Establish positive and professional working relationships with key customers and maintain client satisfaction levels. Develop strong relationships with key customers through frequent and professional communication. To be successful in this role you will need the following: You will also ideally be a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic OR come from a similar industry Significant experience in a Service Department with strong leadership and people management skills World class communication skills - with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences accordingly Committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and offering customer-centric solutions Sound financial acumen, understanding budgets, P&L's, WIP's and day to day operating procedures, including HSE Motivated towards developing a high performing and professional team and their commitment to safety and providing exceptional customer service Compensation and Benefits
